Our major clients are P&G, Sandvik, Qingdao Hainuo, SIMP, Jiangxi 3L, Zhejiang Hongyu, Zhejiang Jingdi, Changzhou Hualian, Changzhou Major Medical, and other well-known enterprises.
The predecessor of Shanghai Daye Packaging Machinery Factory was Shanghai Jinkang Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., which was founded in 2003. In 2006, for the company's business development, we changed the address from Malu Town, Jiading District, Shanghai to Jinhui Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai, and changed the company name to Shanghai Daye Packaging Machinery Factory in August, 2007.
The company is always committed to the R&D of new products and product upgrade, with professionals specialized in specific manufacturing and quality control, striving for high-end quality, domestic price, neighboring service, common development and progress together with clients.
In 2013, for business development needs, our company invested ten million yuan in building a new hobbing cutter manufacturing workshop. The company now has several Taiwan CNC machining centers, TOYOTA cylindrical grinders, OKAMOTO flat grinding machines, and multiple MRCM universal cutter grinders. We can provide a series of service including design, drawing and manufacture for clients according to the clients’ drawings, samples, products and other information, which can be used for manufacturing high-end medical equipments, such as hobbing band-aid packaging machine, infusion band packaging machine, inwelling needle packaging machine, dressings packaging machine, bottleneck patch packaging machine and hobbing cutters, etc.
Now our products have entered into American, British and Australian enterprises (wholly foreign owned), as well as German, Indian and Indonesia enterprises. While in China, our products has been sold to surgical dressing manufacturers in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Beijing, Shandong, Gansu, Yunnan, Anhui, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Sichuan and Shanghai.
