Infusion Band Packaging Machine

Infusion band packaging machine is a dedicated device specially designed and manufactured for hygienic material manufacturers by Shanghai Daye Packaging Machinery Factory, which is used for manufacturing infusion bands.

The equipment adopts electromechanical-pneumatic integrative design, touch screen operation, and PLC control.

Working procedures:

Jumbo roll uncoiling — interleaving paper peeling —die-cutting stripping —cutting and adding absorbent pad —covering with protecting film — slice molding—packaging — packaging slicing — conveyor (counting step-by-step feeding) — box packing.

Equipment use: suitable for infusion bands of various specifications.

Packaging quantity: 1-5 patches.

Suitable for base materials of non-woven fabrics, breathable PE adhesive tape and so on. Packaging material: paper and pearlized film.
